mixed experience

dirty pillowcasebathroom hair
the room was not very clean upon arrival late at night. makeup was smeared on the pillow case. there was also hair in the bathroom sink area. the hotel did not clean the room the next day even though we turned on the service light. the front desk only sent clean towels upon request, not enough, late-night arrival

Check-in prices were smooth. It was fast. Our room offered an amazing view and daily cleaning. The hotel was always clean, and I noticed no cigar or cigarette smell in casino areas. EVERYONE working at the hotel was professional and helpful! I felt grateful for the attentive service.
The walk from the casino to the Strip felt surprisingly long. Though the location was perfect!

The sports book had easy access, very convenient. Digital check-in was available and helpful. There is a lovely scent that smells luxurious when you enter the lobby. The casino is big, with many slot machines.

The atmosphere was perfect. my wife and i enjoyed the stay. There was something for both of us. The location allowed us to explore nearby attractions with ease, without hassle. the staff was particularly polite and helpful throughout our stay, which we enjoyed. The comfortable bed ensured restorative sleep, even after a long day.
The room's tablet experienced minor glitches. It required occasional resets.
